IPSec Connectivity Issuse

Hi,

I am migrate to CYBEROM TO SFOS. CR35WiNG (Head Office Firewall) & CR25WiNG (Branches Firewalls). I have 4 branches.

All four branches connected to HO across IPSec and brach to branch also connected but the issues is branch to branch connections are not establish. Sometimes connecting sometimes not when i going to connect the connection i cannot connect to manually. i am try to via console but same result.can't connect. But same time HO to branch connection is working perfectly.

Hi Eranjaya ,

We may need more information than that, let us know the policy applied on each end. Which BO is initiator and which is responder. Try disabling compression on the IPsec policy and also if not able to change create a similar one .

Hi Aditya.

In HO to BO tunnel i am using DefaultHeadOffice (Respond Only) & DefaultBranchOffice (Initiate) policy. BO to BO tunnel both side using DefaultBranchOffice policy & both side Initiate action.

today i open the ticket and support team say port 500 is block from ISP side.i 'll check & let you know status.
