As per the SFOS Help guide, "Deleting applications will also remove them from application filters. When deleted applications are found again on an endpoint, they will reappear on the application list."
Sorry should have been more clear, i realise this but ive been using Syncronised Security since it was released and now with 17.1 its the first time i can delete these scanned apps. What i want to know is there not a delete all now?? ive accumulated 15 pages worth and im lazy lol.

Unfortunately I don't believe that is currently possible. I would advise to create a suggestion for that on our Sophos Ideas page for their consideration.
