Hi, 
 As I know that The 17.1 beta 3 is available for partners since 31.05.2018. ( https://partnerportal.sophos.com/en-us/blog/2018/05/xg-firewall-beta-3-now-available.aspx ) 
 As per Sophos it will available for all customers from the June 2018. ( https://news.sophos.com/en-us/2018/05/18/xg-firewall-v17-1-see-clearly/?cmp=26059 )
