HI,
I have just recently downloaded and install Sophos XG home edition. Everything is setup and i can access the internet no problems. I can ping internal and external hosts.
But when I go and try to activate/ licence this product it gives me a error saying no internet access and after a couple of seconds of loading then it comes up with internet access and when i click continue it loads again and then again says i dont have internet acces I have been stuck in the loop for a while now.
Any help will be appreciated.
My home network is as follow. ISP modem --> Sophos (running in a virtual environment hyper v) --> Switch --> PC. I have checked firewall rules and everything but no luck.
It has 2 nics and i can confirm that all traffic is being routed through the firewall.
