TCP Dropping / time out

Hi all,

 

Need to work out if the XG is disconnecting inactive TCP connections or not.

We have one SAS Cloud Based app that seems to get disconnected after around 20 - 30 min of inactivity. 

The supplier blames local network (of course) but I cannot see how.

I have the Firewall Rules configured with a Bypass for the Hostname required above any other filters etc and is allowed full access on all ports. I can see this rule is working by the amount of traffic on it.

I have also set the "tcp-est-idle-timeout" to 8 hours.

How else can I try and trace where the application is timing out?
