Download SSL VPN Client

I installed a Sophos XG 105 client this week. I configured the SSL VPN correctly. Access the User Portal, click on the SSL VPN tab and clicking "Download Client and Configuration for Windows" does not start the download, it does not issue any error, nothing happens.

Has anyone ever experienced this ?
