Scheduled Report - pick users

Hi all,

 

I run XG Firewall and am aware of the reporting and scheduled reports.

We have several companies / Departments etc and I was wondering if there is a way to create a Web Usage report for a particular bunch of users and then schedule that report to send the Dept Manager each week?

It would be as basic as User A, User C and User E to this email etc?

Can XG do this?

 

I know I can filter from the GUI but not a report?

    Hi Ian,

    yes you can. You go to the report tab -> custom ->customer user report (select customer user report) -> user name -> enter a user name -> schedule.

    Create a name for the report, add the delivery email address, choose the delivery times and save.

    The downside is you can only generate one report per customer, wild cards do not appear to work.

    Thanks Ian,

     

    I see what you mean. Problem is many of my departments have 10 - 20 staff in each so creating one for each person x 230 users will suck a bit.

     

    Would be nice to be able to comma seperate users or pull an attribute from AD.
