Ice Cream Cone display / Access Server Core dump issue?

Anyone out there experiencing an Access Server Core dump issue on the XG Firewall once live users reach approx 4,000 or above?

The issue presents as a 'Sophos Ice Cream Cone' with message "Website not available - it may work if you try again later" for web users which correlates with core dump's on the access server engine. Appears to occur for larger customers of between 4,000 and 9,000 live users.

Would be keen to know if other partners/customers have seen a similar issue?

Which Sophos XG model are we looking at here? How long does the issue persist and what steps have been performed to resolve it? If there is an existing support case ID then, please PM me.
