How do i configure PPTP vpn so our clients can access their network files anywhere

Hi, 

We have sophos xg firewall and i would like all our employees to be able to access their network folders anywhere. 

Is there a way to do this which would allow them to authenticate from a browser to connect to the VPN ?

How about mobile devices ?
