Hello, today I firmware updated both my Sophos XG125 at site A and XG135 at site B. The one on site B was done very quick but the one on site A is still busy and I cannot reach the firmware.
I noticed this behaviour before where I restarted the XG125 remotely and it would not come up, I thought instead of reboot I pressed shutdown but after I went to sleep and woke up a few hours laters to check it had became responsive again.
The XG125 is on a remote location at the moment, did anyone else experienced this behaviour?
EDIT: After 1 hour and 23 minutes it has come back online, this should not be normal
EDIT2: It seems it is stuck at 100% and freezing the XG again, something is causing this, which log file would show me the usage?
