E-mails Status Bounced

Hello everyone
I'm experiencing a problem with the CR50iNG in MTA mode, many forwarded emails are returning to the sender as not forwarded, and the status that appears in Mail Log is "Bounced".
But if you look in the Log Viewer, it appears as delivered.
The point is that some labels receive the e-mails, others do not.
Is there any way to release these emails that look like "Bounced"?
NOTE: This appliance has been installed for 2 weeks, since then we have been trying to solve this problem without success.

    Regarding your issue, you will have to investigate your logs (/log/awarrensmtp.log) for further investigation.
