Bug: Firewall Policy Counter can't display Terabytes

I would recommend you open a ticket with Sophos Support and report your case to our development team. The community thread may not have the suporting logs/Troublshooting steps they might need.

I was thinking about that, but honestly didn't want to spend the time on the phone to do so. I was hoping that someone like Flo would check here and maybe jump on it ;)

We're running v17 MR6 on all firewalls, haven't seen MR8 become available yet to update on the appliances.

An ID has been created for this visual UI issue: NC-31389
Please note that this only affects the visual data counter for the firewall rule. Behavior of the rule is unaffected.

I will provide any updates as they become available.
