This video is restricted. Try signing in with a Google Apps account.

XG Firewall > Web > General Settings > is Enforce SafeSearch on?  Turn it off and see if that resolves it.  I had similar issue a few months back.

How can i solve this without off Enforce Safe Search?

Be aware, Google Apps login is not the same as Google / YouTube standard login. You must sign up for Google Apps and set a corporate policy, etc.

This SafeSearch setting has become a pain in the posterior.... I am sure it will be fixed in XG v99 :-)

Only other choice is to set up special firewall rule to bypass IPS, Web Policy and Scanning - that is - trust your life to everything on YouTube with no restrictions except what you can do with a firewall rule (hosts/users/zone/network/device/hours).

We have a specific rule which has been working OK for some time but the last few days it has been hit and miss. This is causing chaos in the class room. Even I, as admin on the network get the blocked messages then next time I go I get straight through.

We need a fix for this.
