Problem with Huawei 3372 updating error code 21

Hi i have a problem with my huawei e3372h_153. I do boot point to connect to com port.

I used balong downloader then i have a green light with 2 ports. I try to update but  the updating stopped   in user parameter. With an error code 21 what is the solution please. My modem is dead?
