I hate to do this as we have a case open but we arent getting anywhere. Deployed our first XG and outside outlook clients are getting the firewalls certificate for some reason when they connect to exchange behind the XG. Support has looked at the firewall, but we are now awaiting some sort of other call not sure what they will do. I have seen older posts about this but we are on 17 MR6. I thought this may have been fixed. There is no scanning on the firewall rule coming in. The only other thing i see is all of our SNAT rules arent recording traffic(so not working maybe), so maybe the outbound from the server is going over the default NAT IP which is scanning?
