Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition computer hardware needed

Question

Hello, 
 I downloaded Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition because I have been recommended to use this, do I need a dual network card like the HP NC360T Dual Gigabit Network Card Intel PCIE, or can I use two normal network cards? 
 I can run the installer from any operating system including linux, or do I need to run it from windows? It will erase all the data so I guess any OS will works just fine.

You're going to need to use any Intel network Card. I've had success with an older Intel Pro 1000/PT dual nic card myself. You will need to boot off the ISO image you downloaded from cd or usb stick.
