VPN is green while it is disconnected

sophos xg SFOS 17.0.6 MR-6 latest version site to site vpn in test environment working very good . but from time to time i see no traffic between the 2 sites and when i investigate i found that VPN is green but it is actually disconnected . once i disconnect and reconnect it every thing come back to normal . the 2 sites has Fiber connection stable and very fast

I've got the same problem. The support had a look but couldn't find anything in the logs. Maybe they find something in your logs!?

I can upload the logs in here . but can you tell me which logs ?

if this problem happen with more than 1 then i think its a bug and they will fix it soon

i changed back to v 16 . more stable and working fine . i would advice you to use it .
