We have an issue where any web based email pages don't load, resulting in a secure connection error. All the PC's using our default browsing firewall rule have the issue. We've verified that the traffic is trying to go out our default browsing rule, AND we've verified that the "Web Email" browsing category is NOT blocked. We ended up disabling our web policy within the firewall rule as seen in the screenshot and then traffic was allowed to gmail.com or hotmail.com. Is this a known bug or is there something we're missing?
