Resume HTTP downloads with web-filter enabled not workin

Hello all,

Got a bit of a strange one - with the web-filter enabled to do all the bells and whistles - namely AV and set to real-time scanning, if an http download is interrupted it will refuse to resume where it left off, I have to start it all over again.

I've added an exception to test for one site where I was testing a download from, and that will allow me to resume the download.

Has anybody come across this before - have I missed a setting?

Hello BLS,

Kindly allow "HTTP Resume FileTransfer" in Application filter Policy.

Hi Ronak,

I don't have the application filter set on the firewall rule - unless there is a setting that I'm missing someplace?

It would appear that it's the AV scanner causing the issues, as if I bypass the site with just Malware and Content Scanning bypassed, it works.
