Cannot access admin portal after upgrading to 17.0.6 MR-6

I recently upgrading the firmware on my XG to 17.0.6 MR-6, after the upgrade I lost all access to the management portal, as far as I can tell all functionality of the XG remains but I just cannot access the admin portal or the user portal. I reverted the firmware to 17.0.5 MR-5 and the issue remains. I have access to the console.

Any help appreciated.

Have you already attempted a restart of the tomcat service?
SSH/Console to XG and go to option 5. Device Management > 3. Advance Shell. and input:

cd /log

services tomcat:restart -ds nosync

Were you able to resolve? I have the same issue and must reboot about every 3 days or the Admin GUI and CLI password will not work.

Try to downgrade the firmware via SFloader.
