Hot to import the answer of a CSR request

Hallo,

i have set up a new Xp Firewall an I want to apply a certificate for the appliance. Two Problems :(

1) I uploaded a certificate with a *cer and a *key file. I added the requested intermediate CA Zertifikate - all fine the Certificate in online - marked as green, but it can not be selected at any point...neither for the Aplliance nor for the Email SMTP Checks for example.

2) Now I created a csr request an send it to a CA - but how can I import the answer of the CA and finish the request ?

 

Can anyone help me ? :) Thx for help!
