Unregistred RED box on an XG Firewall

I have a RED box to record at my XG 105, but it notifies me a registration error.

At the firewall I authorized all services

    Hi,

    This massage is sometimes "missleading".

    Check the values in the RED tab. Those values are used to create a CA and Certificates, so check if those are not some special characters.
