Our XG135 filtered incoming Email which have password-protected zip attachment.
As log viewer , it only show "QUEUED - Email has been accepted by Device and queued for scanning." Then I will find that email in SMTP Quarantine.
- Checked permitting ZIP file allow passing through
- add sender/domain in whitelist,
But It still drop it in SMTP Quarantine .
Please advise how can I grant Email with Password-Protected ZIP file transfer to Email server???
