Hey guys,
I have an XG 230 and all has been OK with regards to reporting.
For some reason as of today I get no reports of web use or application use etc.
All blank.
I did adjust the UDP time out from 60 sec to 150 sec and Idle TCP to 21600 yesterday but cannot work out why that may have caused this to suddenly stop reporting.
If I go to log Viewer I can see traffic and data flowing file with users and sites displayed in real time - just the XG doesnt keep it logged and report on it.
Using v17 MR6
Maybe a reboot before trying to work it out? Any chance changing Idle times in UDP / TCP would break the logging?
