cyberoam CR50ing doesnt connect

, i have cyberoam CR50ing and it wont connect, the CF/HDD light is always off , could someone plz tell me what is the problem and how to solve it ? thank you all

    I would like to request you to move this thread in the Cyberoam Group here. Reading the information you shared, I think your device is bricked, if you have support subscription then raise an RMA request with support to get it replaced.
