Duplicate vouchers are being created?

I note that when I am creating vouchers for one of my hotspots, duplicate entries are being made.   When a user signs in with this voucher code,  each entry shows as being used.  and deleting one deletes the second entry.  Also noted on one round of voucher creation, that duplicates were printed.  Not a huge issues, as I can just toss the dups.  Far as I can tell everything still seems to function ok, but wondering if this is indicative of a larger issue.

    You bet.   Here are a couple of shots.   I couldn't fit the whole page on the screen, but got a couple of shots of a voucher that was a dupe, including the page number.  the same voucher, ebekuduy79 is on page 1 as well as page 5.   They both contain the exact same information..

    These are the only ones I could get on the screen that showed the page number.  But all the vouchers labeled "3Gb Employee voucher" were duplicated. 

     

    Database read OR write issue perhaps? Is it possible to view the database directly somehow to see if there are duplicate entries.  This could help determine if they are being written twice, or if it's just the way it's read from the database.  

    Anyway, it appears that they are only displaying as dupes, it still appears to be the same voucher, so functionality is ok, but this definitely could confuse some people.

    Not to mention that for some reason on one of these voucher creation sessions, it printed out dupe vouchers as well.  But that was only once, which is odd.  I created a second round of vouchers, it shows up as dupes, but for some reason the second time it only printed one set of vouchers.  (maybe the first time I hit print twice?)

    Thanks for the screenshots, I managed to setup this locally. I created 30 vouchers and used few of them but, I didn't see any duplicates on my end. My devices resides on v17 MR6 if you are on a previous version then let us know what happens after the upgrade.

    I"m on the current firmware.   Is it possible to log in via ssh and check the database for duplicate tables?
