I'm trying to throttle badwidth for certain applications for specific users. I've created a FW rule with the user IP as Source, selected a limited bandwidth Traffic Shaping policy, selected an Application Control policy that includes the correct applications and then checked the box "Apply Application-based Traffic Shaping Policy". I expected this to only apply the Traffic Shaping policy to the applications in the Application Control policy but instead it is affecting all traffic. Am I using this incorrectly or misunderstanding its purpose altogether?
