CR50iNG migrated to Sophos OS with strange error

Hi,

This error pops up on every reboot when I'm connected via console to CR50iNG with SophosOS.

mkdir: can't create directory '/sdisk/conan_new': File exist

Tried to reinstall different images and reverting back and forth to Cyberoam / Sophos, but there is no change.

Is re-image possible for this case as described here - https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/126906

I could not find .iso for CR .
