RED Devices are unable to connect to DMZ

Hi together,

 

any help??:

I have a RED 15 connected to an XG (split mode). XG has also a DMZ connected.

User from XG LAN are able to connect to DMZ (connected directly to XG).

Users behind RED are not able to do so....

Connectivity from RED Network to LAN at XG is no problem.

There shouldn't be more than adding my RED network to the existing FW rule (the rule that allows the XG LAN user to reach XG DMZ).

Or not???

A tracert from the RED Client shows that the client didn't take the way trough the tunnel and is going directly to internet (without success for sure).
