Cant' connect to User Portal from WAN

Hi,

 

I cant' connect to the User Portal from WAN, of our Cyberoam migrated to Sophos OS.

I can connect from WAN to the Cyberoam using port 3443, using a dyndns address or the Pulbic IP address.

But I can't connectto the User Portal using port 8443.

What Am I missing?

  • Should be straightforward, you have to use https.

     

    The 8443 port is used for VPN so you should change that. Use something close to 4444, eg. 4443 or 4430 

    BTW the admin panel shouldn't be accessible from everywhere, so I advice you to change that and use SSLVPN to connect to the interface.
