DDNS Issues after re-install of Sophos XG

Hi,

I had to do a reinstall of Sophos XG due to HDD issues.  I did a restore of a backup, but for some reason i have issues with DDNS, either saying host name is taken or ddns service currently unavailable.

I used a new serial number so not sure if that would have caused an issue.

Any ideas as i need to keep the same DDNS.
