how to increase the disk size for Virtualized XG home !

Hello ..
I am virtualizing my XG Home on ESXi, when i first installed it, i made the Disk small like 15GB, it worked fine but after while with too much logs i found the disk is full, and reporting has stopped, i have purged the reports and it worked ok for another while, and i increased the disk space to 50GB, but it seems like SFS XG didn't realize the i have increased the disk space, because it keeps stopping reporting service when it hits 80% of the disk, i run these command on device consol
Console >system diagnostics show disk

Result:
configuration 16%
content 31%
report 65%

So it seems like the SFS still think that it has 15GB only of space, while it is actulally has like 50GB, and this is even obvious from the used space on the virtual disk it is like 13GB only of the 50

what should i do to let SFS learn that it has bigger disk now and use the available space ?
