High Number of Dropped Packets in WAN facing Port is that normal?

I see a very high number of dropped packets (via CLI advanced) in my WAN facing port, is that normal? i.e. part of IDS? or is the cable bad?  I also see some errors only 18 vs dropped packets 220k.

    Here is an example from the UTM. I see the same sites everyday and cannot workout why. I have country blocking enabled. So the XG is not unique with the high drop packet count. My XG also has a very high packet drop count.
