IPSec policies

In regards to your issue, would it be possible to provide further context? Are you trying to edit parameters in an existing IPsec policy? Are you having issues creating a new policy? Is this policy already in use?

sorry it was a bit late here when I did post.

This is the last version (17.06) and the previous one (17.05).

Editing a factory policy, editing a personnel policy and creating a new one.

I can never check the checkbox.

I've got several working tunnels on a few XG box, I just noticed yesterday when I want to test a new config that these checkboxes are greyed out.

Would it be possible to please enable the Support Access Tunnel on your XG Appliance and PM me with the Access ID so that I can further investigate?

ok, I've got it.

As it's on all my customers boxes I found strange that no one complain before here.

I've suddenly realized I was using Safari...

Just testing with another browser and it's working.
