_SSL_vpn_config added to the end of VPN login

Hi All,

I have 1 Sophos UTM 9 set up for VPN access, and 1 Sophos XG. The users for Sophos UTM VPN have their FQDN as their login name on the VPN client, but for some reason "ssl_vpn_config" is added to the names of the Sophos XG profiles on the client computers.

How do we get rid of the ss;_vpn_config from the Firewall?

The only way that I know of is to rename the config file under C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Sophos SSL VPN Client\config and restarting the SSL VPN client. The naming scheme of the config file is hard coded on the XG AFAIK.

I concur. Close the VPN client and edit the opvn filename to what you want. Not ideal, but it's possible.
