We have an existing traffic shaping policy for all users on the network. Now i want to create an additional rule for just 1 client to minimize the bandwidth for that client.

This new user rule is placed at the bottom of the list. Also i can see no traffic or logs from the rule i created.
should i drag this new rule to the top of the existing lan to wan rule for it to take effect.
