Mail delivery to following recipients failed 550 authentication

What is the present version of SF-OS, active on the appliance? There was a similar issue which was fixed in v17 MR-6, please upgrade and let us know if it works.

Enable debug for awarrenmta service and PM me the awarrenmt_debug.log. PM me some more information about the sender, the domain and the time of error. Refer to, Sophos XG Firewall: Where to find log files? to enable debug mode.
