IPv6 Router Advertisement Service dead after every reboot

Hello, 

Each time I reboot XG and then log in the "radvd" service is dead.

I can go into services and click start and it will start fine. 

It doesn't matter if I log in 2 mins, 20 mins or 20 hours after the reboot, the service is still dead until manually started.

I am running SFOS 17.0.6 MR-6
