Log only shows appliance started successfully.

how to find the cause of restart any detailed log of reason available from console?

I have exactly the same issue. The XG 310 just reboot randomly without any notice. I have checked the log, show only start successfully.

I have the same issue with my XG 115 Appliance. What Firmware Version are you using?

I am using FW. 17.5.8.

Hi,

Check by connecting serial console cable when device restart at that time what output comes on the serial console window.

If you get the message like 'Kernel Panic error' or 'CPU#0 stuck for' through the console connection, please open a support case.
