Show me a screenshot from Authentication | Services | Web Policy action for unauthenticated users; and PM me few log lines from the access_server.log which reflects the disconnection of the User. Refer to, Sophos XG Firewall: Where to find log files?

Please PM, the access_server.log to examine the cause of disconnection.
