Why certian website open in incognito mode and does not open in normal mode?

I have "Allow all" policy but a website ( web.whatsapp.com) will not work in normal browser but will work in Incognito mode. What can be the reason ?

Is this happening on all browsers? You may try reinstalling the browser if you are not finding anything in firewall logs.

Sounds like a Chrome issue, isn´t it?

Hello Manbearpig,

Yes sophos and chrome are really incompatible together, im also having captive portal issues with chrome, whereas it works flawlessly in firefox.
