Buyers Remorse

I have been waiting for support for over an hour. I am going to have to give up for now. 'The license will not sync with the server' I really miss the support and reliability from Sonicwall. They have much better service and a much more reliable product.

I apologize for this inconvenience and the negative experience you had with our support. Our support hotline must be experiencing heavier than expected volumes. Please note that you can also raise a support case online.

For your licensing issue, could you please share a screenshot and provide more information regarding your situation? If possible, please also share the output of your licensing.log.
