Wan Link Load Balacing

I am having XG230 with active-active link load balancing and latest firmware. Made a firewall rule from lan to wan and selected wan link load balacing.
In the wan link manager option, both the gateway weight is same ie 1.Now while testing on the client pc if i make wan1 down, internet works fine from the wan2. Then i make wan1 interface up. Once both the links are stable after 15 min, i made wan2 interface down, then whole internet traffic stops working. While looking at the log viewer it mentions 'Could not associate packet to any connection'

Any suggestions

  • Hi Deepak,

When you did this test, what was the status of the WAN1 interface? Is the Gateway Type set to Active during failovers? What firmware version resides on the XG at present?

Show me screenshots from WAN Link Manager and the Gateway configuration for the two interfaces.

    Thanks,
