Time Difference on Control Center

Hi,

the time issue I have been asking about for sometime. My XG runs on the correct time just the generated reports are all out by 1 hour which should be rectified this coming weekend when we return to standard time.

I cannot get any acknowledgement from Sophos, you might like to log a bug.

Unfortunately in the UK we've only just switched our times, so it'll be incorrect until later in the year :/

There is a bug ID (NC-29573) that was recently raised that could be related to this log/report time discrepancy after daylight savings. I would advise to raise a support case and reference this bug ID if you are experiencing this issue. Please PM me with the case number too, so that I can follow up.

I'm currently experiencing this issue with my XG125 (running SFOS 17.1.1 MR-1) and XG210 (running SFOS 17.0.3 MR-3).

Apologies for this inconvenience, this is likely related to the known issue NC-29573 regarding reporting being an hour late after changing to daylight savings time. The fix for this is targeted for SFOS v17.5. Please stay tuned to our release notes & news for the latest.
