Firewall blocks all scanner mails

hardware description:

FW: XG210

Multi: riocoh aficio mp2554

mail provider: microsoft office 365

so, we have a scanner/printer/copier that sends every scanned document by mail, when installing a new XG210 firewall and giving an standar configuration all mail sent from scanner gets blocked, we tested with a rule allowing all traffic from the scanner, but the mails are still blocked. machine is able to authenticate to o365 servers.

here is a copy of the log when the package is blocked

what questions me is that i am unable to do anithing about that fw_rule_id=0
