we have implemented an Sophos XG135 two days ago. Since them we have Problems with Outlook and an local Exchange 2010.
We are not using E-Mail Protection or WAF. Scan HTTPS is not active,
Outlook 2016 is connecting over https. This works. This means for me it can´t be an Certificate issue. Because Cert works or works not.
My Problem now is that Outlook is disconnecting and want an Password. If you Close Outlook and open it again every Thing is fine.
The Connection will be established and new Mails are comming in. But a few Minutes later it lose the Connection.
A friend of my told me that it colud be an timeout. At his Sophos UTM he can Change the Timeout.
Coukd be this the reason? Where can i Change the Timeout in the Sophos?
