Bulk delete in Mail Spool

Hi,

I have a case where the Mail Spool is flooded with 100,000+ spam emails from/to a particular email address. This is causing all the other legitimate emails to be stuck in queue. The Mail Spool page can only display 20 emails per page, and I had to select all and delete page by page (around 5,000 pages) and this is totally not feasible. Is there any other way(s) to perform bulk delete of emails held in the Mail Spool, apart from creating a support ticket, because I have done that several times before and each case took more than 1 week to resolve, and users are not going to wait that long for their emails.

Regards,
Kenneth

There must be a way to do them through the database .

I did this once, it definitely works. But you have to delete the Mails on Disk as well. In Database, for each message, you have mentioned the Name of *.EML File which is stored on the disk. Those Files should be deleted as well. It can be complicated to delete only the *.EML-Files desired, and not all of them, because their Filename is random.
