XG230 Blocking Apple Appstore within Category 4 (Risk = 4 - high) Enabled. Anyone know what exactly is doing this?

When I change our policy to just use application filter "Risk = 5 -Very High" the appstore works fine.  I don't see any Apple named services in the Cat 4 details being blocked.  Anyone else have this issue and know what I need to remove to allow this to work? The pic below is blurry but this is what I am talking about.  When this isn't being filtered the Appstore works fine.  Thanks in advance.

    Have you reviewed the Log Viewer output with choice "Web Filter" selected and the details on the denial for the attempts?... the details should reveal the category from the denial and then you can focus research on all the application entries having that category assigned...

    I found it using the log viewer with "application filter" in the drop down.  Found out it was blocking ZIP files and the Update option in the AppStore uses that.

     

     

    Thanks!  We've only had this firewall a few weeks.  Still learning the interface.
