Good morning.
I was upgrading my Cyberoam device to a SFOS.
1st of all, i logged into my cyberoam. I saw an alert displayed on your dashboard to upgrade my cyberoam which i clicked and it took me to the cyberoam customer portal.
I logged into my cyberoam customer portal with my username and password, and clicked on upgrade.
A Sophos ID and MySophos account was automatically created for me. I was supposed to receive an email on my registered Email Address containing instructions to reset my
Sophos account password but up till this moment, i havent received any email from Sophos on resetting my password and without that, i cant log into MySophos account and download the Sophos OS.
Didi anyone experience this while upgrading their cyberoam or what did i do wrong.
