I cannot work with logs in XG. I find it minimal and unfriendly. A workaround is to use a Log Collector. Worse comes to worse, an incomplete solution could be Wireshark. Many logs collectors are meant for very large enterprise, too "standalone", or expensive. Since we are using Symantec Mail gateway (Brigthmail) and are moving back to Symantec End Point Protection, I found one at Symantec.
